This 8 year old is establishing a double-edged reputation: for having the biggest, most contagious smile in Uganda, and for earning some of the best marks in her “Top” class.
She is sponsored by Steve and Michelle and family of Cranbrook, BC.
HHU funds were used to build a new two-bedroom dirt floor home for Sharifati’s family to replace a rotting structure that was in serious need of replacement.
Sharifati was delighted to receive a very special gift from her sponsoring family: a beautiful portrait of Sharifati drawn in amazing detail by Michelle.
