Michael brings with him years of senior leadership experience in NGOs (Non-governmental organization) sector management, with a key focus on organizational leadership and people management while driving programs, projects, leading teams, and convening and building community groups. He is passionate about serving children for positive transformation in their families and community, and is a life coach and mentor trained with Scripture Union.

Michael has served on a pastoral team of Pentecostal Churches of Uganda (PCU) and worked on several development projects in partnership with the Finnish Free Foreign Mission Projects, where he started an AIDS Project in Uganda. He is skilled in leadership and administration and is a trainer of trainers for fighting AIDS spread among the youth and children. Additionally, Michael is a trauma therapist, trained at Mount Joy Canada with Hope Alive.

He is also a family man, a husband to Juliet with four beautiful adult daughters and two sons (Twins), and serves as a Senior Pastor at Peace Portal Church-Uganda. Peace Portal Uganda is a partnership between two churches from different sides of the world. Both Peace Portal Community Church (Uganda) and Peace Portal Alliance Church (Canada) share a common desire to see the Local Church in Uganda living into its calling.
